The Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CCIC) in collaboration with its Human Resources Working Group (HRWG) is pleased to invite you to attend the business roundtable titled "Cross-Perspectives on China's Job Market: Candidates, Recruiters, and Decision-Makers as Creators of Unique Profiles", happening on 31st March 2026, from 18:00, at Natuzzi Italia Showroom in Shanghai (越界 - 原力方店 - Room 132, 1st Floor, No. 2588 Kaixuan Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai - 上海市徐汇区徐家汇街道凯旋路2588号1F132室).

The event is organized in collaboration with the association of Jeunes Entrepreneurs Francophones (JEF) and with the support of our CCIC Young Professionals Network (YP), Associazione Giovani Italiani in Cina (AGIC).


WHY PARTICIPATE?

The aim of the event is to share experiences and insights with participants through the perspectives and stories of speakers and long-time professionals who have dedicated most of their careers to China. They will discuss how the job market has evolved over the past twenty years, from the profiles that were sought after in the past to those in demand today, as well as the skills currently required.
