HRWG Seminar event at Technogym

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), together with its Human Resources Working Group (HRWG), is pleased to invite you to its upcoming seminar "The Mat as a mirror: ego, growth and the art of learning about ourselves" to be held on Tuesday, January 27th, 2026 starting from 17:00 at Technogym Office, in Shanghai (4th Floor, No. 1 Building, No. 55, Yuyao Road, Jing' an District, 中国上海市静安区余姚路55号1号楼4楼).

Why participate?

The seminar will explore themes of self-awareness, personal development, and continuous learning, offering insights into how reflection and mindset can support both individual growth and professional performance.

Through the keynote speech of a special guest speaker, Ferasse Tea, Director of Strategic Partnerships at SAE Relocation, attendees will gain insights into self-awareness, personal development, and continuous growth. The session will explore how reflection and mindset can effectively support both individual development and professional performance. Drawing on Ferasse's practical experience—not only as a businessman, but also as a lifelong martial artist and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt—participants will develop a deeper understanding of humility and ego as shaped by martial arts. In particular, they will discover how the values and philosophy of this discipline can be meaningfully applied to the HR context and everyday professional life.

Special Sport Session powered by Technogym

To conclude the event on an active and inspiring note, all participants are invited to enjoy a dedicated sport session kindly offered by Technogym. Attendees will be divided into three different groups to experience tailored training activities: one group will focus on a combination of Cardio and Strength training, another will concentrate on Cardio exercises, while the third will explore Strength training using Technogym's latest innovative technology, "Biostrength."

This interactive session will be a unique opportunity to recharge, have fun, and personally experience Technogym's cutting-edge solutions—bringing the event's themes of self-awareness and wellbeing from theory into practice.
