Seminar event - Sustainable Design at WDCC

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), in collaboration with Tongji University, is pleased to invite you to the seminar "Leaders' Panels of Italian Companies in China sharing implemented strategies and direct experiences", taking place on September 26th, 2025, from 09:00am to 12:00pm at Huangpu Riverside, Shanghai (No. 689, Jumen Road, Huangpu District, 上海市黄浦区局门路689号). The seminar will feature three expert-led panels exploring the role of sustainability in Italian companies operating in China:

Panel 2 – Sustainability and Success:

Discussing how sustainable technologies, processes, products, and services contribute to a company's DNA, excellence, and long-term success.

Panel 3 – Sustainability in the Automotive Sector:

Focusing on strategic business choices and design, from value chain and processes to technology and product, highlighting sustainability-driven innovation.

The seminar will be expertly moderated by Professor Avril Accolla, who serves as the Curator of the exhibition and is the Director of the Research Lab for Sustainable Business and Cultural Bridge (D&I) at Tongji University. In addition, she is a CICC Board Director, overseeing Industry Relations with Scientific-Academic Institutions. Professor Accolla brings extensive experience in sustainability, business strategy, and cross-cultural collaboration, ensuring a dynamic and insightful discussion.
