RINA (Shanghai) Quality Certification Co., Ltd and GWA Greatway Advisory with support of China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, are pleased to invite you to the Seminar "Focus on the National Laws related to Anti–Bribery and Certification of a Management System ISO 37001", that will take place on 17th of January, 2019 at the International Commerce Tower in Suzhou.
Bribery is a widespread phenomenon. Governments have made progress in addressing bribery through international agreements. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) recently issued its Standard 37001:2016 for anti-bribery management systems. Organizations have a responsibility to proactively contribute to combating bribery. This can be achieved by an anti-bribery management system, which this document is intended to provide, and through leadership commitment to establishing a culture of integrity, transparency, openness and compliance.
This seminar will interpret the key points of the National Laws related to Anti- Bribery and will provide guidance about the Anti-Bribery Management System.
