Ragu il Bacaro is the first Italian-Style bistro located in Jing'an, established by Italian chef Filippo. This is also the first formal Italian food and wine restaurant opening in Shanghai after his 20 more years of restaurant in Verona, Italy continued the creative and traditional menu in RAGU SPONTINO (Jiaozhou Road).

RAGU IL BACARO has much more creative inspirations presented on its new menu. BACARO originates from the dialect of the Veneto region in Italy and means and Italian-Style small tavern built along the river.
