Rosanna Terminio is a partner of AsecorpChina, a boutique strategy consulting brand celebrating 20 years of experience dedicated to the Chinese market. With offices in Shanghai and Jiaxing (Zhejiang), AsecorpChina supports European manufacturing companies doing business in China. AsecorpChina-ZhongDao is the HR-dedicated division that assists clients in the design of Human-Centered Digital Transformation programs. In 2018, as an independent researcher, Rosanna published an academic paper titled: “The impact of RAAI (Robotic, Automation and Artificial Intelligence) from the employee perspective. She also contributed to the book “The Work We Need. People for Industry 4.0”, published in Italy in October 2018. In 2025, she was invited to co-found the Italian Startup SoftLab Zone, which applies VR and EEG technologies to assess the soft skills for the future of work. This April 2026, her PhD research about technology-driven change and employees’ identity at the Catalunya Open University (UOC) has been formally accepted, and she is waiting for the defence date. Gianluca is a senior mentor in Robotics, Automation, AI, and Industrial Innovation. With 40+ years of experience across Europe and Asia, he has led major automation projects for global manufacturers and guided companies through digital transformation. He serves on the Board of the European Chamber of Commerce in China – South China Chapter, leading initiatives on innovative industrial technologies. Gianluca holds MIT diplomas in Blockchain Technologies (2021) and AI & Data Science (2024), specializing in industrial traceability, neural networks, and advanced data analysis. His career spans roles at IBM, GE Fanuc, and multiple European industrial leaders, with deep expertise in automation software, digital twins, MES, AI-driven optimization, and blockchain-certified processes. Today, he drives the development of next-generation industrial solutions for European, US, and Asian markets.

Laura Priore is an Italian lawyer who is experienced in Corporate Law, Data Protection, AI, dispute resolution as well as foreign related issues in China and Italy. She deals with regulatory compliance for Italian and foreign companies in different product sectors included the online e-commerce platforms.
As DPO (Data Protection Officer), she supports companies in order to ensure that the processing of personal data takes place in compliance with privacy legislation, also with reference to international data transfers between Italy and China.
She follows the regulatory evolution in the field of Artificial Intelligence and offers consultancy on the AI Act, with a specific focus on the entry of technologies into the European market.
