The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) together with the Embassy of Italy to the P.R.C. and our Intellectual Property Working Group (IPWG) is glad to invite you to join the online event in two days "IP Protection Days: China Marketplaces" on October 12th,- 13th 4:00-5:30 pm (Beijing Time).

Day I: Roundtable IP in the marketplaces
A Roundtable on the most frequent cases of IP infringement in the marketplaces and how to use new technologies to monitor IP infringements. We will discuss when the marketplace/platform is liablefor IP infringements by vendors and share experiences on managing and protecting the IP in the marketplaces.

The second day in a workshop format aims to train on measures to protect the IP. We will give more practical examples of IP infringements related to e-commerce, suggestions on how to protect IP, how to collect evidence, and what the risks are for Italian Companies.
