Patent registration strategies for China: the Santoni Group case study
The preparation work for a patent registration is crucial to benefit the most from patent protection. The speakers will share best practices and information on how to draft (and to translate into Chinese) in the most effective way the claims of a patent to be registered in China; how to coordinate the filings of the same patent claims in various countries and jurisdictions, as well as some tips on how to try to extend patent protection with ancillary patent filings.

In 1989 he developed the first intranet machines communication platform based on token ring local net for let the production machines communicate each other’s and all of them communicate with 200Km far from ERP main frame without internet. He got the Specialist degree from National Instrument Ltd for develop software for Plants Management based on LabView and LabWindows/CVI. He was the software developing director of the third biggest fully Automatic Warehouse Plant, in Italy in 1990, using Neural Nets and Artificial Intelligence algorithmic for optimize the performance of the plant.
