The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) would like to summon a Suzhou Chapter (SCH) meeting on August 3rd, 2022 at 3 pm (Beijing Time), both online and offline at the CICC Suzhou office in Suzhou (江苏省苏州市苏州工业园区科营路2号生态大厦8楼中国意大利商会苏州办公室801会议室 CICC Suzhou Office meeting room 801, 8th floor of the Eco Building, No.2 Keying Road, SIP, Suzhou).
SUBJECT OF THE MEETING
Elections for the new Suzhou Chapter Coordinator and Vice Coordinators and updates about WG's activities.
1.Candidacy Process
Hereby, we cordially invite you to present your candidacy by filling in the form (You can find in Documents) and sending it to elezioni2022@cameraitacina.com together with a scan of the residence permit and a short biographywithin July 15th, at 6:00 PM (Beijing time).
Taking into consideration the size of the group, the geographical presence and the effort required in the management of the group, we are launching the elections for the following positions:
One (1) Coordinator
Up to Three (1-3) Vice Coordinators from different region by Suzhou

The Coordinator and the Vice Coordinators must be representatives of Members of CICC. Nominations are renewed once every two years.
Applications for the roles have to be presented and then formally announced at least 15 days before the day of the election.
2.Voting Process
Upon candidates' list publication, each participant can vote for max n.1 candidate for Coordinator and max n.1 Vice Coordinator by sending an email to elezioni2022@cameraitacina.com within 24 hours before the elections. The vote is secret (proxies are not accepted). All members of the CH who completed the membership process more than 10 days before the date of the elections will be entitled to vote.
3.Attend the election
If you want to attend the elections, you can register by scanning the QR code.
Please specify if you will join the meeting online or offline in Suzhou.
Please be aware that the Working Groups meetings are only open to CICC Members.
CICC WORKING GROUPS
The Working Groups bring together representatives of companies operating in the same sector or located in the same geographical area. The aim is to share information, resources and ideas, organize relevant activities for the companies, and build sectorial expertise within the CICC in order to attract interest both in China and in Italy to benefit companies not present on Chinese territory yet.
Suzhou Chapter Elections objectives are:
• Bridging the communication gap to local governments;
• Consulting for investment in local businesses environmental and public affairs;
• Bridging the gap between Western and Eastern culture;
• Receiving regular & up-to-date information from competent sources;
• Sharing cross company cooperation & pooling of interests great social and business network in & around Suzhou.
