Semi-finals: November 16th starting at 3 PM till late.
In the Semi-final a judging panel of industry professionals will select the 3 best candidates for each specialization (Spritz, Negroni and UNESCO Site Cocktail).
People can enjoy a 10% discount for the dinner, (with reservation only) and get special Italian cocktails at 50 rmb.
