The China - Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to invite you to participate in the first event of the "Young Professionals Talks" series on July, 29th 2021 starting from 6:00 pm at BEI Zhaolong Hotel, Beijing. This event is organized in the framework of CICC China-Italy Juvenes Professional Network.
The "Young Professionals Talks" event series involves business managers and entrepreneurs to share their success stories in China and career development insights, providing coaching and mentorship to our community of Young Professionals.
For this first event, we invited Germano Rollero - Vice President Sales North Asia, Etihad Airways to talk about his career in China with focus on how to build u a successful career in commercial roles along and the importance of self-esteem and positive thinking in career development path.

About our Guest Speaker
Germano Rollero has been living and working in China for the last 20 years. He began his travel career in 2004, starting up the Shanghai office of one of the major Italian Destination Management Companies. He then completed his MBA at IE Business School in Madrid in 2009 before joining Air China in Beijing as a Global Corporate Account Manager. At Air China he represented the airline in its commercial relationship with global major Fortune 500 companies. He continued his career in corporate travel at American Express GBT as its China Head of Sales, when he led the sales effort of the China sales team. He joined Etihad Airways in 2017 as the China Country Manager, finally being promoted as North Asia VP of Sales in 2020.
