Ilaria is the APAC Human Resources & QHSE Manager for Eni group. She is in charge of supporting projects in the petrochemical sector between Korea, China, Singapore and India. With a degree in Chinese from the University of Milan, she moved to Shanghai in 2010. Before joining Eni group, she has been working in the Executive Search industry for 7 years.
Sean is a Director in the Cybersecurity & Privacy Services practice at PwC based in Shanghai. He has over 20 years of global experience performing design, implementation and management of cyber security, privacy, and technology risk. Domain expertise includes cyber risk and compliance, vulnerability and threat management, data protection and privacy, IT infrastructure and cloud security, OT/ICS security, and third party risk management.
Prior to joining PwC, he led Financial Services Cybersecurity practice in another Big 4 professional firm. In his earlier career, he also played several lead roles in corporate IT security and assurance in large global organizations in China and Canada.
Ellen Xie is Founder and Managing Director of Shanghai Hui Xiao Law Group, Lawyer Admitted in China and California (US), Member of CPA Australia and Professional Member of ATTA. She has 20 years’ work experience with several leading international and domestic law firms and multi-national companies (including Fortune Global 500s) as mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions as well as labor legal consultant. She has good experience in providing effective legal and compliance solutions to multinational companies in various industries, wealth creators and riches in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, corporate governance, compliance, labor and employment, data protection, intellectual property and dispute resolution, etc.
