Giada Piccinini joined Greatway Advisory Asia in 2017.
Before joining GWA, she has worked as consultant developing a deep knowledge of corporate matters in China and an extensively expertise in P.R.C. accounting and tax landscape.
Giada assists clients in the areas of corporate structuring, tax planning, accounting, fiscal and financing issues relating to foreign invested enterprises in China and advises clients on tax and internal control matters, customs and international trade. Projects led by Giada include accounting and fiscal due diligence well as mergers and acquisitions support.

Gaetano Cantalupo joined the FCA Group in 2010 as Head of China Projects and over the years has held various positions including Head of Manufacturing Engineering (Technology Center), Deputy General Manager for the JV GAC FCA and General Manager of the Jeep plant in Guangzhou.
Overall, Gaetano boasts almost 25 years of experience in complex multinational companies operating in the Automotive Business.
Since moving to China in 2010, he held both commercial and technical roles and embraced the growing opportunities of the market by managing and developing highly challenging projects and businesses. She has over 23 years of experience advising on foreign direct investment, joint-ventures, M&A and corporate restructuring transactions, assisting clients in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and South East Asia across a broad range of industries (consumer products, petrochemical industry, transport, environmental facilities, retail and luxury, energy and utilities, industrial products, automotive, etc).
Prior to joining PwC Hong Kong / China Deals team, she practised as solicitor in Europe, Beijing and Hong Kong at various international law firms.
