Carlotta is the co-founder of FLATMIND Productions – a boutique video agency with more than 15 years of experience in Chinese and Western markets, FLATMIND is passionate about telling unique stories through corporate and promotional videos to be used as marketing and communication tools.
Creating FLATMIND Chinese branch from scratch, building and managing her team, and taking care of the business development shaped her into becoming an expert in campaign/visual project/event management & production, and a well-known creative mind with insightful planning and execution skills.
FLATMIND is nowadays a distinguished and reliable high-end agency working for some of the most prestigious brands belonging to a very diverse range of industries.
