Hao Wang is responsible for the business development activities of Rockwell Automation in Great China Region, leading the efforts to build an eco-system that enables Rockwell Automation to provide seamless smart manufacturing solutions to various industries across China. This partner development includes commercial partnership, technology based joint product/solution development, strategic alliance development and M&A.
Prior to joining Rockwell Automation, Hao Wang was senior business development manager at TE connectivity. During his 4 years in TE connectivity, he led TE’s industrial BU China in deriving a “China for China” growth strategy which doubled the business in 3 years. He also had several business development positions in manufacturing MNCs like Schneider Electric and Lafarge.

Jeff Yuan joined Comau in February 2018 as Director of Procurement APAC. In February 2020, he was promoted to Global Head of Procurement, overseeing procurement operations and supplier quality management worldwide. As of July 2023, he officially assumed the role of Comau Head of Counties Cluster APAC, responsible for managing Comau’s overall operations and development in the APAC region. During his tenure as Comau Global Head of Procurement, Yuan played a pivotal role in guiding Chinese suppliers to enter the global market. Throughout the implementation of Comau’s internalization project in China, he consistently led Chinese suppliers to grow together, provided robust supply chain support for the development of industrial automation in China and driving progress in the industry’s upstream and downstream sectors. He also led the development of a sustainable procurement strategy, ensuring that Comau’s procurement of products and services is sustainable, generates positive social impact, and effectively enhances the organization’s business operations in alignment with long-term sustainable development goals. Prior to joining Comau, Yuan served as the Head of Procurement at Eisenmann China, a German company with over 70 years of history. During his time at Eisenmann, he gained extensive experience in the field of industrial automation. Yuan has several years of work experience in challenging international business environments. Having been immersed in multicultural working environments for an extended period, he possesses a wealth of expertise in managing cross-cultural organizations and communication. Yuan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, USA. He actively explores cultural differences, embraces change and eagerly takes on new challenges.
