Helen Ha is a Tax Partner with Global Employer Services Team in Eastern China. Helen started her career with another "big 4" and has over 20 years experience in the GES area.
Helen has served a wide range of key accounts in industries such as famous automobile manufacturing companies, leading financial institutions, as well as PRC domestic companies and PRC high net worth individual clients.
Helen has broad experience in managing large scale international assignment engagements and delivering services covering personal tax compliance/advisory, social security advisory, foreign exchange advisory, merger and acquisitions PRC individual income tax (IIT) and social security due diligence/health check programs, “best practice" HR/mobility policy benchmarking, international mobility management, foreigners' localization programs, global equity plan design advisory and roll out, compensation and benefits structuring, discussions and communications with tax authorities to facilitate settlement in complicated cases, immigration compliance and consulting etc.

Helen’s expertise also covers tax advisory on PRC high net worth individuals who are going abroad for personal/business investments.

Helen is a Certified Tax Agent of PRC and a Fellow CPA of Australia.
