Raffaello GIROTTO received his Master's Degree in Law cum laude in 2014 at the University of Trento with a thesis on trademark protection in China. He also participated in the 9th annual general conference of the European China Law Studies association (Chinese University of Hong Kong, 2014) and in the collective “Essays on Chinese economic and commercial law” (Editoriale Scientifica, Naples, 2019). After collaborating with law firms, since March 2021 he has held the position of Legal Expert (Chinese Law) at the Italian Embassy in Beijing.
