The Intellectual Property Working Group (IPWG) of the CICC, is glad to invite you to the online workshop "Managing your IP in China".
During this session, Pirelli's Head of IP - Patents and Know-How will discuss with our experts how to formulate best practices of IP management and to prepare for patent litigation in China's evolving regulatory framework, business environment and policies.
The workshop will focus on the protection of new technology, innovation and R&D management strategies. We will discuss how is Pirelli managing its trademark, patent and know - how portfolio in China. Our IP Working Group experts will then provide practical suggestions on how to prepare for (and what to expect when embarking in) know-how and patent litigations in China.
